  • • Form EA must be provided to employees by 28 February each year
  • • Required for employees to file their annual income tax (Form BE/B)
  • • Based on LHDN (Inland Revenue Board Malaysia) requirements
  • • EPF rates: 11% employee, 12-13% employer
  • • SOCSO & EIS contributions as per current statutory rates
